At Scout, we believe the payment we receive to sell your home shouldn’t be tied to the value of your home. It should be tied to the service we provide you. That’s why we have a tiered pricing structure starting at $7,500. We believe you should have a choice in which service plan best suits your unique needs. Our pricing is based on tiered service plans, including our Core Plan and Premium Plan. Sellers will be responsible for paying the buyer’s agent in addition to our low flat fee.
