You may find something newer and flasher in Green Hills but the price is cheaper, location good if you want to be in Green Hills, and it has been a good place for my renters (they have enjoyed it over the years) The condo has one bedroom & one bathroom, dinning room with wet bar (extra cabinet space), and nice size patio with outside closet. On a nice spring days you can open the doors to let the cool fresh air come in to the unit. Extra closets in the hallway and living room is spacious. Just a short ride to everyday shopping and parks.
